I do NOT know of any Apple shops that have dedicated Disabled parking within 50 yards of the entrance - that makes visiting one very difficult

I the past, I visited the one in the former Fruit and Vegetable market at Covent Garden in London.

It was a VERY unpleasant experience with loud background music and lots of unruly children.

Same on the European mainland, but you might have to pay a nominal amount of around 100 to 200 Euro depending on exactly which model. And of course, the European iPhone 15 still has a SIM card slot.

If the iPhone has been *completely* shut down, you will have to hold the On/Off switch depressed for several seconds to re-boot it. How long depends in part on how old the device is – newer ones have haver hardware.

Perhaps you might have to resort to using two cables - such as a commonly found 3.5mm to Lightning cable coupled with another that is a Lightning to USB A?

My iPhone has a Headphone Socket.

My recently issued Hearing Aids are supposed to connect to my iPhone by Bluetooth.

However, they do only about 70% of the time

Even when I fiddle about with the iPhone settings, they rarely connect.

And because the Hearing Aids were NOT made by Apple, Apple isn't interested in helping sort out the problem. The hospital is? far to busy to care.

Bluetooth is? a complete waste of time as far as I'm? concerned. I suspect it was invented by somebody who had too much spare time!!

Yes, it needs to work for both headphones and microphone

My Hearing Aids (issued by the NHS) are supposed to connect to my Hearing Aids by Bluetooth - which they do about 70% of the time. Sometimes they connect automatically, sometimes I have to connect them manually using "settings" and sometimes they will NOT connect even after lots of fiddling.

I have a iPhone 6s. I bought one of those refurbished because it does have a Headphone socket.

I'm? NOT concerned about sound quality; I just want to be able to use the Headphones for talk.
