Thank you so much! I saw all the icons that were spread out vertically, I didn’t even think to scroll down further. BTW, on my iPad with iPadOS 13 the print function was right up top, where it should be!

I use an Apple Pencil with iPad Pro 11 and 13 and copy and paste works on both.
