I¡¯ve had no problems with third party apps on my devices which are an iPhone 11 Pro and two iPad Pros. ?My Apple Watch is also behaving normally. ?The only inconvenience I¡¯ve had is that Reminders do not sync to Macs that are not running Catalina and I¡¯m not yet ready to upgrade my system.

I think the structural change of introducing File manager is the main culprit.
Apple, in most likelihood, will cut back some the new features of iOS 13 as their back room guys are unable to cope up. 3 patches in less than a month must be a new record.
