Apparently Arriva Yorkshire are the worst operator in the UK -
Having recently experienced the massive queues in Leeds Bus Station caused by services missing regularly, and trying to catch a bus in Wakefield on a Friday afternoon I'd certainly struggle to disagree with this ranking!
