I've recovered an old photograph identified as Little Willie
WALKER from Ponemah, IL which was taken at the Nicol & Son Studio in
Monmouth, IL.? The photograph appears to
have been taken in the 1890's with Willie likely less than one year old at the
time it was taken.? Based on limited
research I was able to gather the following information regarding Willie and
his family:

William ¡°Willie¡± Isaac WALKER was b. 23 Dec 1896 in
Kirkwood, IL to parents John Francis ¡°Frank¡± WALKER (1861-1948) and Mary ¡°Mamie¡±
Zita WATTERS or WALTERS (1863-1953).?
William was one of 7 children born to this couple including Edith Irene;
Agnes Virginia; Leo Harold; John Francis; William Isaac; Mary Margaret; and
Edward ¡°Eddie¡± Ermine WALKER, all born between 1888 and 1904.? ?Willie
married Kathleen Cecilia or Celia CONLEY (1898-1963) on 5 Sept 1923 in
Burlington, IA.? The couple had three
children including, William Francis; Thomas L.; and Gerald ¡°Jerry¡± Eugene
WALKER, all born between 1924 and 1933.?

William died 29 Mar 1973 in Aurora, IL and he is buried in
the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Aurora, IL.
