Thank you to Alan and Bent. Scaling the windows and making it into an app was a big help. @Bent I implemented Fancy Zones and that was the final part of the solution.?

After you build, display, and zoom as desired, a browser session on your monitor, make it into a "browser app." ?I know that Chrome supports converting a browser window into an app.

Then, double-click on the "apps" to show each on your display.
