If you are running windows.... You can use the powertoys?
Check out the "fancy zones" i have usede it for some months and it is really great.... And together with Alan idea it just worke fine

After you build, display, and zoom as desired, a browser session on your monitor, make it into a "browser app." ?I know that Chrome supports converting a browser window into an app.

Then, double-click on the "apps" to show each on your display.
