Try using the Split with?SoftMaker Office?, free version. They claim that it will accept anything written for MS Office. There are versions of?SoftMaker Office? for Win, Linux and Mac but I am not sure if all are free or just Win version.?

Thanks for many comments, tests.

Of course Nanovna is very great. Pierce/value is very good. Support from developers and from users also very good.

I think nanovna-saver for expert users, but of course many functions not required for beginners. Good method the switchable user interface, or simpler program. Switchable simple/advanced user interface easy coding, but requires lot of work.

My name is Lajos H?ss. I am radio amateur. Callsign is HA8HL. So i am not alien, maybe more dangerous. ;-) I not know. Sorry for bad too short footer on messages.

This is my hobby, on low budget. I interesting to antennes, vna-s, cables, special optimized antenne tuners for my stations. I not have good qth. I helped lot to others hams for free, we measure and optimize many antennas. But I not undertand correctly many things. To learning, everything is interesting. Ultra low budget Pixie2 CW transceiver to industrial, military system. I not have professional vna. But help a lot, what is the goal. Of course, professional grade system impossible from 50 usd system. I use and test many diffent type amateur grade instrument (not my). Lot of preblems found. Quality check important for me. if i know what problem exist, will be better use the existing tools. Professional grade instrument extreme expensive for me.

Kurt, thanks the detailed reply, requires more time to me understand correctly.

Zplots good free tools, but requires not free expensive Excel. Nanovna best for low budget. I think experts can share for free the required maths. I see Sim Smith Chart programmer comment also get the math to his program.

So nano good and will be better. Thanks to everyone.

Lajos
