For those of you who are thinking of using an Android based device that has a built-in USB OTG interface to try and program the NanoVNA, below is a GitHub user who developed a DfuSe programming android app.
It's located in the release section and you need to sideload it.
Make sure to read the Readme for info on how to create the dfu file.
