The Ohio governor has issued an order requiring non-essential work places to close and have staff work from home effective midnight Monday.? In anticipation of such an order, we had already made plans to accommodate such an order.??Employees have already been contacted to ensure they have a spot to work from at home and our Executive Director will?provide them with some tips for efficient work-from-home practices. Snail mail will continue to be picked up at the post office and processed.
Phone Calls: a message will be placed for incoming calls to report that the physical office is closed due to COVID and that registration work and other types of work will continue to be processed remotely by office staff. We will encourage people to email the person they want to talk with and will also provide a general email to use for general questions. Our receptionist will handle the general email. Allene or Shirley Dent will check the phone system in the office each day for any messages left on voice mail and have the appropriate person get in touch with them. A list of employees with email addresses will be placed on the special of CFA's website.
