Try clearing your cookies ? and browsing data from your browser. Then quit the browser. Restart the browser and see if the issue is solved. ?Sounds like adware to me. Also you can set ¡®keep cookies until I exit this browser¡¯. ?This forces the clearing of cookies each time you shut down the browser. ?The downside is that some websites will ask for 2-factor authentication when logging in as the cookies are gone. This is the technique I use to reduce the incidence of malware.?
