One app you might consider is Drafts. It is free and extremely powerful plus has an option to dictate to Text. I find it extremely useful to create a first or other day of an email or a document or a list. The idea behind it is to allow to to create and then copy and paste into Word, Pages, an email, a list app etc.?

On an iPad with split screen it works great.?

The ductal function is amazing. Because the information for dictation likely goes over a server you have to modify what you say if your clients (in my case) are concerned with privilege or confidentiality. But then you just used a generic name and change it after the dictation is done and inserted.?
