I use Notes daily. It syncs/shares with other Macs/iPhones/iPads and with other computer users. . It has bold, underline, italic, title, header, subtitle, body text, bullet and number and checklists. I keep shopping lists, prescriptions, vaccinations and inoculations (like flu shots), household items and personal items I have to re-order, author and book lists. Computer info. Even lists of lightbulb types. I attached a copy of my Notes item for a book series by James S. A.
