I'm struggling with creating a rule that moves messages from this group into a MacSupport folder I created in Outlook. i have a long list of working rules but this group brings a challenge for Outlook.
Messages from the group arrive with two addresses: one from the poster and one from Sent by
[email protected]. Outlook is not seeing the second address so it fails.
Messages from users can have two forms: just the author's name, the author's name plus "via Groups,io". I can make a working rule for the second form using "group.io"
Messages with just the author's name will require using that name since Outlook isn't seeing the Sent by address. Needless to say, creating a rule for every subscriber to the group is out of the question.
