Thanks Denver Dan and others who wrote. I had tried dragging the 9 Epson apps to the trash from the Launchpad, but that didn¡¯t work.
What did work was doing it from the Applications folder as a right-click. Just dragging didn¡¯t do it.

but they just become inert. You could do a Command f (Find) and search?
for them. Or, try EasyFind.app and search for them.??
