2012 mini, macOS 10.15 Catalina

I moved this past summer and hadn¡¯t settled in my new home until recently, four and a half months later. In the interval I did all my email and internet access using my iPhone.
I currently am failing to remember the system login password for the mini. Is there any hope of a method to access my computer and all its data?
