This certificate would be at the OS aka system-wide level.? To be
honest, I would just recommend to accept the self-signed certificate
for home internal uses.? If you really don't like that route, I
recommend to do a web search for "linux install
lets encrypt certificate for cups".? If you want to use free
certs, look for guides to install/use "lets encrypt" and then
after that, review guides to confirm that certificate will be
accessible by the CUPS subsystem.
