Hello,

I thought I read something about a program that allows you to connect to another VM system from your CMS account or by dialing into the program running in a virtual machine.

What is it that I'm remembering?

I would say, you need a version of RSCS that supports Network Job Entry (NJE). It is surely possible to update the current version of RSCS in VM/370 CE for that, but I am not the one who can do it. :-)
