I’d like to be part of the hybrid discussion also. Last fall I was part of a multi-day hybrid retreat for convenors. At the start of the retreat we didn’t know what we didn’t know, but with a lot of grace offered all around, we learned along the way and each day got much smoother. When the retreat began, it ?was as if we were building a plane while flying it, but by the end of the retreat it was more like we were building the road by walking it in other words—much less tech stress and more co-creation as the days went by.?

If I’m free, I’d love to discuss hybrids more. One thing I find hard is convincing organizers that they have to do more than just use a microphone. The kind of technical set up alluded to below is not recognized as a need by many I think.

I have some meetings next week that will be very basic. However I would like to invest in a better set up for a meeting in September.?
