I¡¯d like to be part of the hybrid discussion also. Last fall I was part of a multi-day hybrid retreat for convenors. At the start of the retreat we didn¡¯t know what we didn¡¯t know, but with a lot of grace offered all around, we learned along the way and each day got much smoother. When the retreat began, it ?was as if we were building a plane while flying it, but by the end of the retreat it was more like we were building the road by walking it in other words¡ªmuch less tech stress and more co-creation as the days went by.?
