Thank you David and Nancy, this is right on time. I spent a good part of yesterday mucking around with Teams and MURAL to see if I could integrate MURAL with Teams for a client group who exclusively uses Teams. My concern is that if the client does not have a Mural subscription then the experience will be quirky.? The MURAL site has help docs on the integration but does not answer my question directly.
A chat response to my question was this:? "The team doesn't need to have a subscription to MURAL to access the tool through MS Teams and should be able to integrate with the app."
What I am learning here is that in fact my ability to collaborate with the team will be limited.?
Please keep this thread going and let us know if there are any workarounds. My experience with introducing new platforms to clients is exactly the same as Francois and once they have a bad experience, they give up. This is one of the great challenges of working as an outside consultant.
