Hi,
A few years ago, at a non-profit where I served on the board, we happily used ElectionBuddy for running board elections at our annual member meeting (<$100 for <1,000 participants). Supports anonymous voting, election audit and other key e-voting features (which some of the other tools mentioned so far may not have):
There are other providers in the e-voting space, some of which may be listed here:?

Thanks friends! Since we've been using a different and expensive (and separate from our business) voting mechanism for a while, I don't think that the folks in charge are going to approve a zoom poll, but I could see them going for a google form since we can get their member numbers that way and confirm that they're allowed to vote. And though I wish it were just a simple poll, we'll need the data from it afterwards - not just live results.?
And Julian I didn't mind the sales-y pitch at all. It's always good to learn about new (to me) tools.
Cheers.?
