Also, if
you can print to .pdf format, those are usually pretty small files.? I find them to be smaller than the .jpg¡¯s
that I start with.

When posting images to the Files section,
please use JPG or GIF as
a preferred file format. Please do -not- use BMP files, they take
an unecessarily large amount of space, especially for full color
photos.
A file was just posted as a BMP that took about 3MB, as a JPG it
would have been less than 100K.
If you don't have an application such as Paintshop Pro, Photoshop,
etc., there are several free image editors that can load and save
as JPG or GIF. Just ask.
