I agree with Michael and there were other importers along the line too.
Usually, Con-Cor would put one of their stickers with their catalog number on
the package/box but not necessarily. Rivarossi made their heavyweight cars in
many,many roadnames after the separation with Atlas.

to me it appears to be a repainted car. My other thought was it could be a
