That's the problem with trying to run something based on "tin-cupping" - after a while it usually fizzles - the "audience" just gets tired of it.

Many, myself included, have suggested presenting an actual realistic annual budget that includes not only M&O but reserves and contingencies as well - publishing it - tracking it and sticking to it.

As much as a PITA it is, maybe it's time to do it!
