Re: Need HELP!!!!
to be honest, I would have expected to know which mistake was the cause. It might be helpful for others. mistakes are meant to be learned. If no mistakes are made, there is nothing to learn. Again,

Re: Need HELP!!!!
The scans checks for the presence of an I2C device at all valid addresses -- if it finds a device at a particular address, it prints a notification to tell you so and continues searching. As you

Re: Need HELP!!!!
I belive it is working. When the I2C Scan starts it finds the audio? hat and then scans a few seconds later and come back on devices found.? Is this correct on how the I2C Scan works, finds one

More testing on PA
I have Dr. Bills PA and a similar (same finals) from 60dbm shop. Both on 13V same 0dB sweep from SA. I attached the 60dBm Schematic for reference. Here is Dr. Bills with 0dB in His with -10dB in,

Re: QRP-Labs
*** Yup. That being said, the QMX+ is back on the shelf, and I'm back to playing with the T41. Despite being a kit, the QMX is essentially an appliance - from my point of view. Because it's closed

4SQRP T41 Assembled/Tested Radio for sale
Hello everyone, I have an assembled, tested and calibrated a T41 from 4SQRP that I built as a comparison to my T41EP that I built from scratch (no kit). I wanted to see if my no kit T41 performed as

Re: QRP-Labs
That's one thing Hans does right: He doesn't release stuff until he's convinced it's bullet-proof. He had an SSB rig at the 2018 (?) YOTA conference in Africa, so it's not like he hasn't been fooling

Re: QRP-Labs
*** I guess that's why the radio has a built-in SWR bridge, and fairly fussy protection software. Since I'm operating it into my Tiny Linear, the radio is isolated from antenna SWR. Nobody hears me at

Re: QRP-Labs
*** It's a digital PA. In the schematic, the BS170's are fed RF by LOGIC gates. I think it's what's called a "class E". They don't even have heat sinks. They output 5W without breaking a sweat. The

Re: QRP-Labs
It is. They become extremely sensitive to load mismatches. The group is full of reports of them failing, especially when an external tuner is looking for a match. Dave

Re: QRP-Labs
Did you get a chance to look at the spectrum? That seems like a lot of power for BS170s! -- 73 Greg KF5N

Re: Oscillations on high bands
Testing my 20W PA with -10dB in verses? 0dB in I see very little change in gain on lower bands 160-7, some gain on 10-17 and significant (3dB) gain on 28-50 Mhz. Max 0dB in is 160-80m is 12W,?

Re: Need HELP!!!!
to avoid misunderstandings: 3.3V are only on pin46 with teensy in! Teensy produce this 3.3V by himself! we have ?different rails with 3.3V!
By Ralph Lieber · #33303 ·
Re: Need HELP!!!!
if there is no 3.3V on Pin46, please check for short (without teensy) pin46 to ground! if there is a short you will destroy the (next) teensy if you (re)placed him!
