In those conditions the leeward upper should just be slack or have no slack at all.
The lowers will sway about 1/2 inch at most.
If you search web you'll see different rules of thumb but I do understand that tuning a rig with swept back spreaders is different than straight spreader.
Dynamic tuning is key as you want to ensure that the mast is not pumping, the masthead is not kinkednto leeward or the middle of spar is not bending...
