Re: OccultWatcher 5.1 & OWC - Update 3
Hi Bjorn, Is it possible that you are using an older version of Windows that does not support TLS 1.2? You will need to have a vesrions of Windows that supports the latest SSL encryption algoritm known as TLS 1.2. Windows 10 running with latest updates should do that. Regards, Hristo.

If you encounter this problem

Then send me an email with a screeshow showing the issue and
the obtained DebugView log.
I also released a few minor

Re: Error with Stations number in OW v.5.1.0.2
Hi Chris, Tony George reported a similar issue with a past event but I don't see how this had happened and could not reproduce it myself (because event is past). In your case you are saying that the first event has 4 stations and the second had one. Well the first event indeed has 4 stations including your own: and this is how many I see in OW: The second event only has one station - yours: and again this is how many I see in OW Desktop: Can you confirm that you do not see the above or what is wrong with it and please include screenshots. Hristo.

GoogleMaps - End of life reached for OW Desktop
Hi All, As anticipated and announced by Google more than a year ago the support for GoogleMaps for Windows Forms (.NET 4) applications has now ended. As a result GoogleMaps will not longer work in Occult Watcher Desktop. I will try to release very soon an update to OW Desktop that will redirect all station announcement on OWC. There is currently one known issue on OWC where your own stations will be shown with a random offset of 1km, so will be all other stations. I will try to fix this soon for own stations and show them with the exact submitted location. The will be more work required but most of it is quality of life improvements. All essential and important functionality should be working. One other important update is that IOTA Occultations events will be also coming from OWC. Steve, because of this it is important that going forward you keep the IOTA tagged events on OWC up to date. Hristo.
