Thank you for your reply.?I've run the command line reset and used the webpage to reset my password twice now. Each time I get the green message that I successfully changed the password. I copy the new password to a safe place and then copy-paste it into OW Cloud to successfully log in.
However, copying the same email and password into the Configuration window produces the same error as before.
What should I try next?
