Looks like you've got your email/password incorrect.

You will need to reset your password from here:


and then follow the steps on that page to re-configure your new password in OW.

Hi! I just upgraded to a new workstation, so I'm in the process of re-installing Occult Watcher. When I launch the Configuration options for Occult Watcher and switch to the Observation Planner tab, I get a small popup window with the following error:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click?Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click?Quit, the application will close immediately.
The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden.

I downloaded a new copy from the OW website and ran it. However, I get the same error message. The small popup window also has a Details button. I've attached the text of that details window at the bottom of this message.

If I click Continue, the lower half of the Configuration window is blank. There is no prompt to sign into my OW account.

Any advice is appreciated.
