Perhaps you were just too restrained? I wouldn¡¯t have the guts to deal with something like that but you strike me as being a gutsy lady. She might still be a friend if you had trodden on her toes, so to speak?

Bullying is everywhere. I don¡¯t put up with it. I recently had a long term friend be utterly rude to me in front of a group of people at her place when I had called in to fix equipment at her specified time! ? I didn¡¯t make a scene. Made polite excuse and left. Walked up the road and phoned husband to pick me up. I later told her I wasn¡¯t speaking to her she needed to apologise. Some time has elapsed and I just got an email 90% of which was about her. She just hasn¡¯t got it and just showed herself up.?

Very disappointing.?

?What is wrong there? Is it parents, teachers, or what? Children should not want to bully disabled or different people. Is there some kind of instinct?

This fits the psychological profile of offenders Jude. Usually, they start hurting animals, then they move on to hurting young children. Then they go on to women or disabled people.
One of my friends at the local job club looked normal, when he was sat down. When he walked you could see he had cerebral palsy. If he didn't get back to his home before the schoolkids came home he would be victimised
