Hi all, As I say in the subject, I'm not sure if this is allowed, but I have a very important Dropbox question. I've officially started my job today, and they use a shared Dropbox folder. I've figured out how to get to the preferences and I've found out where the selective sync is, but I can not tell how to select a folder or subfolder, and I have no way of telling which folders/subfolders are selected. Jaws doesn't say anything. I need to sort this out asap, because I don't want everybody else's work synced with mine, etc. Thank you, Chelsea

Hello, When formatting an exercise for my potential job, I need to indent the first line of a new paragraph to 0.5 inches. No problem, just press Tab, right? Well, when I did that, the person reviewing my work said the margins got all messed up. When I did an insert F, things sounded normal, though. Also, how do I get everything moved over to the left in a document? When I do an Insert F on another document I'm working on, it says left indent of 1 inches. It's only part of the file, but I want to select the whole thing to make it universal. I tried, but MS Word crashes. It's a big file. Could that be a problem? And what's the difference between justified and left anyhow? Thanks, Chelsea

Hi all, Unlike Outlook Express, MS Outlook does not automatically add previously used addresses to the address book. IN Outlook2016, is there a setting that one can configure in order to get Outlook to do so? All the previously used addresses otherwise disappear when one migrates an email account and the corresponding .PST file to another computer. Many thanks. Geetha

Hello all, A lot of great information here. I have an issue where my JAWS goes silent or rather crashes whenever I try to read an email message. I minimize the window, sometimes JAWS restores function, sometimes I have to reopen JAWS. drew

One of my trainees has a Hotmail account. We want to use Outlook in Microsoft 365 to manage it. I easily directed Outlook to the account, and it imported many old messages, but Outlook doesn’t receive new mail. The trainee gets new mail on her phone but not on the pc. My quick Google search didn’t help. How do I fix this?

Hi I'm using Outlook 2016, not sure which version of Office as I've had this pC since November 2017, may well be version 2013. I notice that since the update to Windows 10 to the latest version a few days ago, autocompletion of address when sending emails in Outlook 2016 seems to have changed as it doesn't always say anything when I type in a name and address or only says after the first two letters whereas before frequently used addresses said this, especially if people have more than one address, not sure what I need to do. Good afternoon, I have a colleague who has asked me to tell her how to sort messages in her inbox by various criteria. I gave ,,.her the advice to use the keytips (Alt + V followed by A B then d for Date , F for From, etc...). She reports that this sometimes does not work and I am not sure why. Can others tell me how they sort messages? Thanks for any advice you can give! Amy

I have a student who uses Jaws 2019, with MS word 2013 and Windows 10. When doing a simple search, control+F, types in the ssearch term, presses enter, which then takes her to the first search result. Then the escape is used to get out of the find, Jaws reports, “Not available outside of tables or Spellchecker in Office 2013 or later.” I can not reproduce this message. All Jaws updates have been applied. And I can’t imagine why this is happening, since it was only stated once the escape key was pressed. Any ideas? Hi friends, Is this something that anyone uses regularly? I Have some folders that I really need to archive and want to make sure I get things right before I start archiving. I Need to set up a .pst file in a locaiton that I can specify and then I can easily back it up? Does anyone have simple instruction on this?
