- Ctrl + Shift + F invokes the advanced find dialog, which gives a lot more precise control, but is, as a result, a lot more complicated. Ctrl + E invokes the basic find where all you can do is enter

Copy the item you wish to send Open your mail, and go through your steps to create a new mail. In the body of the emffail paste the copied item. Send the email, and it will go attached.
