You have to enter an email address, associated with some entity that has the necessary licensing arrangements with Microsoft, to see if you qualify.? If I enter one of my Gmail addresses (which, obviously, wouldn't qualify) within a few moments I get an email from Microsoft at that address saying: You¡¯re not eligible for the Workplace Discount ProgramThanks for your interest in the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program.
