Hello, Michael. In the body of the message, just paste (Control V) the particular file you would have copied from its location. Attaching files became even easier.

Subject: [office-accessibility] Ribbon Commands

?

Sometimes when I¡¯m replying to a message in Outlook 2016, and I want to attach a file, I am placed in the upper ribbon.? The attach file function is in the lower ribbon but I can¡¯t find a keystroke to get me to that ribbon.

Any assistance is appreciated.
