Re: How to include component values in LTSpice trace formulas
I have a follow-up question: I'm trying to model a transistor equivalent circuit and would like to use a user defined function for the nonlinear capacitance Q=... definition. Either I'm really missing

Re: Vout always 0 volts with negative input values
Hello Spiceman, I think I know what your suggesting the output will be the last value of output if the input of the table is exceeded. But that isn't what is happening. I have used negative values of

Jim, Whilst the original Berkley SPICE and SPICE2 were written in FORTRAN , SPICE3 which was released in the early 1980¡¯s was written in ¡°C¡±. I can¡¯t see that LTSPICE ever used Fortran. I have

Vout always 0 volts with negative input values
Hello, I am trying to get a little deeper into LTSpice capabilities and I am having a problem?understanding why, when using a voltage dependent voltage source with Table values, the output plots 0

Re: FFT
Sometimes I have used the (time equidistant) .WAV file format for data interchange with other programs. LTspice and Matlab can import and export .WAV files. Perhaps this may be helpful for this issue.

Re: FFT
The original Berkeley SPICE core was written in Fortran. That core was rewritten for LTspice just a couple of years ago. Whether or not it was maintained in Fortran or ported to some other language

Richard, I have barely had a change to use eye diagrams in LTspice. I used them quite a lot in a previous assignment, with another SPICE program and another plotting program, and of course those eye

Folks I much appreciate the help regarding answering my Qs about how to use some real transistor models like TSMC and a few other basics to get up and running Once again I have used circuit simulators

I downloaded the new Mac version and it does run on macOS Mojave. It reports as "Build Dec 20 2018, 21:49:19 US Pacific" in the about box. This versions seems to work correctly and it also updates
