Ownership is not clear from the outside. I would expect it to be the company, but in the murky world of Silicon Valley, it could be anything.
What might happen if Mike leaves the company? That is even less clear. He is so crucial to the development of LTspice that it could not but have a negative impact. For those of us "outside", we can only wait and see how the dust settles.
