Ownership is not clear from the outside. I would expect it to be the company, but in the murky world of Silicon Valley, it could be anything.
What might happen if Mike leaves the company? That is even less clear. He is so crucial to the development of LTspice that it could not but have a negative impact. For those of us "outside", we can only wait and see how the dust settles.

May I ask a question. "Who own the right of LTspice ? company or Mike the author ?" Will this be a problem ? if Mike the author decide to ?leave the new company ? If so, the support of LTspice might be not so much.
