Although, i do get the list when i have an open project I m cornfused!

Man, ADI has really ruined lots of features
The recent files list is stored in LTspice.ini.
If you just upgraded from 24.0.x, you might find the old LTspice.ini
wherever it would was stored - usually %APPDATA%/local/roaming/. If
you're unlucky, it was overwritten with installing the new version.
For the next time, if you don't want to rely on luck, be sure to
back things up before installing or updating. ADI didn't ruin it at
all - LTspice still remembers recent files, you will just have to
start again building the list.
