Dear Marta, ?the Oborski family was researched back in October 2012 on KS.? There could be a connection, a common thread. Wait until the other members get on line, they have much knowledge.

Dear Group,
?
I'm a new member, below few words about me and my family:
?
my mother is trying to made a family tree, but she founds same gaps in the family history. That's why we are looking for information about family Oborski (from Petryk¨®w, near Tarnopol). We know quite a lot about history of sisters and brother of my grandmother after WWII, but not so much about sisters and brother of my grat grand father (Ignacy Oborski : 1889 Petryk¨®w- 1940 Ostaszk¨®w/Miednoje?) - Eugeniusz, Roman, Aleknadra, Paulina, Stanis?awa, J¨®zefa- and especially we don't know much about history of the next generations born after the war.
?
And the biggest gap- we don't know anything about Franiciszek Oborski (father of my great grandfather Ignacy Oborski). Before he married Maria he was a monk (shortly and he wasn/t ordained a priest)- probably in Tarnopol or close Tarnopol, but I don't know if he had same brother or sisters and how he arrived to Petryk¨®w/Tarnopol (or maybe he was born there). He died in 1910.
?
?I will be grateful for all the advices how?sould I Find same information about Family Oborski in Petryk¨®w before The second World War and even before World War I.
