I have a recurring problem where messages from a particular user get bounced and if enough of those happen, my account gets put into bounce status. (The bounces are not with my ISP but from a third party they hired to filter incoming email: Vade Secure.) Not having any actual messages from that user I had to get his email address from a reply. Checking that shows a complete DNS lookup failure. Whois has nothing on destacgroup.de and ping fails. Surprisingly, an email to his address hasn't resulted in a failure message. Or a response from that user. Hi I added new events to my calendar. When I click back on the date box on calendar, the first page is dark and hard to read. If I click on details, that page is fine. But if I go further to see responses (RSVP's) that page is dark again. Any idea on why that is happening? My first few event entries on the calendar when I started the group are fine. Thank you.

Hi. Hoping someone here can help. i need to delete the subscribe groups email link from our main page. We don’t want people to use the groups email to ask to join. In the text section on that page we have instructions to request membership and it doesn’t use a groups email alias.I’ve read the manual about 6 times and can’t find how to do that. Help! Gentlemen, We just started a 30 day free trial. Two prospective members out of nine in the test group are not receiving the invitation to join email. One is already a member of an established groups.io group. He is using the identical email address ending in @msn.com. Second member uses @hotmail.com. Both individuals have double checked email spelling, and both report that the invitations are not going to their spam or junk files. We have 200 members, and cannot accept a failure rate of 20%. I have searched Help in the manuals, but I can’t find an answer to this question. I would like to create a sub group where The messages created in that sub group do not go out to anyone else except members of the sub group. Is this possible? Thanks for your help.

I have been trying to send a list of emails out to invite my group to join our new groups.io group but have received an error message that not formatted properly. Tried to send one email invitation out to someone who might be able to help me and message says I have sent out too many. This is really horrible. What can I do? Thank you.

Is it possible to suspend a group member, so that they cannot read or post messages, without canceling the membership and later remove the suspension (or suspend for a stated time period)? If so, how can I do that. Thanks, Dave Cahn

Twice, I attempted to reply to your group concerning email replies that comeback as undeliverable. Apparently, there is some sort of issue with the site itself. I enter the address _correctly in an initial post, create and send the message, and sometimes it goes through. But,when people in the group reply to me, the group address either doesn’t show as [email protected], or it shows the name of the person who replied, but makes it appear that this person is a group. Then, if I reply to the reply, that reply comes back as undeliverable more often than not. If I am replying to a reply, the group address should go in correctly, but apparently does not. Also, even though I carefully and clearly entered my email address when creating my groups.io account, it shows incorrectly when people reply, replacing @ with =, and making it appear that I, or the recipient, am a group rather than a person. So, please stop accusing me of entering the wrong address for your group, when I didn’t do so. The address somehow got shuffled when someone replied to me; or, it somehow got shuffled when I sent a reply, using the regular “Reply” feature in mail. I did _not enter it is [email protected], as some have accused me of doing. And, in addition, this doesn’t solve the similar issue I’m having with the iDevices group ([email protected]). And, to elaborate on my reply to the question of whether I use the website or the app: I send email via Apple Mail, which is, in fact, a native app on all Apple devices and Mac computers. When, for whatever reason, I need to access my groups.io account, I do it from the website. I had never heard of a groups.io app, and don’t know if it would benefit me, as I am not a premium member. With all of the issues I’m having with groups.io as of late, and then being falsely accused of entering wrong addresses, I’m almost ready to delete my account which, unfortunately, will end my relationship with a number of groups in which I am a participant, and will also mean the end of a group I moderate. Let’s get to the core of this, so that hopefully these unfortunate things won’t need to happen..
