Because after I spend time looking thru manuals etc from the company I do a Google search.? Did that my entire career as a librarian and we taught the grad students to do the same. What does it matter how I found the info? I immediately found a link that took me to the page in the manual. ?

I?understand that you read the manual - you stated that before.? I asked about why you relied on an email from your group to find this help forum.? That seems to be one of the bugs in your bonnet about gio.?

Did you read the entire page? ?
Miss seeing those two resources?
Perhaps they need to be ¡°highlighted¡± better on the Help page.?
