OK, it looks like I am not "bouncing" yet but there are a lot of messages that show "attempted" but have been unsuccessfully sent/received.? I guess I will just switch to another email account until I can figure out what to do about the Fastmail one.

If the emails to your Fastmail account were being returned to Groups.io, then Groups.io eventually sets your status to "Bouncing" or "Bounced".? If that happened, try this:

Go to the webpage for the group, and login (top right corner) if you are not already logged in to your Groups.io account.? Then click Subscription in the column on the left, and check the Settings.? I'm not certain, but I think it is on that page where it gives you an option to Unbounce yourself if you were set to Bouncing or Bounced.? (Note: There might be another place where you need to do that.? Since I am not currently Bouncing, I can't check it for myself.)
