Viewing Directory #directory

 

I have a new group, as yet very small. ?Only nine board members working out problems before we open to the rest of our guild.
One member reports that when she looks at the directory she only sees two of the nine people, herself and another member. ?Not even me, the Owner!

I already know to ask her about 'Other Members' in group profile, but if that made any difference, why can she see one fellow member but no others?

Any ideas?

I suspect the other members have not set their profile to allow others to see them. Subscription>Group Profile>Edit Group Profile>Profile Privacy>Other members of your group.

Also, make sure you have the Member Directory set to Subscribers, uneter Settings>Privacy.
