My group is new to Groups.io and we are learning our way around the site. We decided to use the Calendar to post events that would be of interest to our members. What setting would I choose to allow the moderators to have access to post to the calendar and allow all the members to see it? I have some members who can't see the different events.

If some subscribers can see the calendar and others can't, it's because the latter folks haven't logged in.
