Needing some help understanding . . .

We do understand that there are currently certain problems on both ends (i.e., GIO and Y!G). Those problems may cause delays in either sending an invite from Y!G or receiving the acceptance email from the GIO Transfer 'member'.

Our situation is that it took quite a number of tries (like 9 times) to send an invite from our YGroup before our YG finally confirmed that the Invite was successfully sent (to transfer @ groups.io).

Now we're wondering how long we ought to wait for an acceptance email to show up (without one arriving) before sending out another Invite.

Our intent was to make the transfer email a Moderator of our YG and then wait a few days before upgrading our new GIO group to Premium while we are finishing deciding on the settings for the new GIO group. Does this last bit sound doable?

Sounds to me like you're trying to do things out of sequence.? Follow /g/GroupManagersForum/topic/detailed_instructions_on_how/39832225 exactly.
