Hello,
I was wondering if someone sends an email to the [email protected] address, do you receive it? What about the [email protected] address? owner meaning your group name. One more thing. How do you send a notice to all the members at once using the notices saved in the settings?

If you are an Owner or Moderator, whether you receive a message sent to [email protected] depends on your Subscription settings. Click on Subscription on the left-side menu bar and scroll down to the Owner Email section.

You can also get there by opening a Moderator record in the Member List.

If you mean [email protected], this is not what most people think it is. Sending any message to the +help address returns a list of available email commands, similar to the ones available in the old internet Listserv software. Try it and you'll see what I mean. See also?/static/help#emailcommands?

One more thing. How do you send a notice to all the members at once using the notices saved in the settings?

Member Notices of type Group Guidelines can be scheduled to be sent on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, there is no convenient way to do it at other times, or for other types of Member Notices. What I usually do is just open the notice, copy the text to my clipboard, paste it into a new group email, and send. If anyone has a better way I'd be pleased to hear how they do it.
