Member not showing in Member Directory

Hi-one of my members is showing up in the member group but not the member directory, what do I need to ask her to do so that she is visible in the directory?

One of my members is showing in the member list but not the member directory. Why is this happening and what can I tell her to do to fix it?

Inclusion in the Directory is voluntary.? Only those that have agreed to make their profile public can see others, and then theirs is included.? Have a look at the Wiki page covering that

They will need to go to their account in the upper right hand corner, click on Identity, then click "Edit" to the right of their Account Profile.? Scroll down to "Profile Privacy" and make sure to select "Other members of your groups" instead of "Only group owners and moderators".? This should make their profile show up in the Member Directory.
