They will need to go to their account in the upper right hand corner, click on Identity, then click "Edit" to the right of their Account Profile.? Scroll down to "Profile Privacy" and make sure to select "Other members of your groups" instead of "Only group owners and moderators".? This should make their profile show up in the Member Directory.
