I'm not able to add new photos to an existing album that was recently transferred from Yahoo groups. It keeps locking up when selecting to browse for file.
The browse function is actually carried out by the web browser calling some code on the device you're using (PC, 'phone etc.). So basically the problem is at your device, not the GIO side of things. Some things to try:
Close your browser down completely and restart it, try the browse again
If you can, try a different browser
If you're on Windows, try restarting Windows; I have seen in the past that things break randomly when Windows applies updates in the background.
